SPS400 cone reel take-up with pulling and dancing wheel device itself. The take up reel is put on one rotation platform, shift by rotating the platform without stop or reduce the line speed. All the action like wire inlet, wire press, meter counter, wire layout, wire take-up, wire cut, reel change, full reel transport and empty reel transport are controlled by the PLC system.

1、Harness processing is not easy to tie the line
The special cable layout design make it positive-cone winding on the negative-cone reel. Make the cable winding on the reel like a tower to ensure the cable not collapsing. Reduce the cable mess probability mostly.

2、Reel can be recycled, lower cost
The material of 400 cone reel is ABS. The reel can be dismantled and recirculated, and can be stacked on the pallet compactly, greatly reducing the space and logistics recovery costs.

3、Larger capacity
The larger loading capacity of the reel, such as FLRY-B 0.35m ㎡ automotive wire, the length can be up to 15000m; large-capacity loading is more convenient for storage and transportation processes.

4、Intelligence and flexibility
The whole process is fully automatic and it can be matched with any existing extrusion line that customers have.
