Extensive computer simulation of extrusion test and cooperating with plastic material supplier for extrusion test, SINGCHEER provided solid basis for optimizing extrusion.
Special designed barrel is combined with screw, with many years accumulate from technical experience, ensured high linearity and big out-put under constant extrusion temperature.
Technical Specification :
The compact designed extruder, all main components and temperature control system are integrated on one frame. Feeding zone of cylinder has spiral grooves which work with related BM screw, can make plastic material extrusion at wide range.
