The limited area on the earth caused the human beings to develop more and more living space by the skycrapers, the elevator cables are widely used in the higher metropolitan buildings. High reliability, flexibility and resistance to bending are very important for the cable, which will bring the strict requirement to the cable machine.
Singcheer 90/50 HS insulation line and 150 jacketing line are designed to make the flat cable with 30~150mm width, thickness 2-10mm for elevator application.
Technical Specification :
The HS insulation line is available for extrusion of single layer, color stripe(s) for PVC, PE,XLPE and HFFR compounds. Dual flyer pay off, dual head gravure printers and semi auto dual spooler will make the continuous operation available without stop.
