90 Extruder is equipped with Italian ROSSI gearbox + servo motor, stable performance and low noise. The screw is specially designed for silicone rubber to provide a higher output with linear, to ensure that the outside diameter of the product is controlled within the tolerance range from starting to high-speed production. The curing chamber is consist of two parts. The first part is equipped with two infrared curing chamber with heating temperature up to 800℃, through the impact of heating to make the product surface fast shape and curing, to ensure that there’s no deformation and adhesive after crossing the guide wheels ; The second part is equipped with 9 curing chambers with heating temperature up to 600℃, so that the curing process finished completely. For small size cables, the production speed can be increased by multi-pass heating. All curing chambers are opened and closed by pneumatic devices, and the opening and closing sections of the curing chambers are automatically controlled by acceleration and deceleration to ensure the consistency of product curing. The curing chambers will open automatically when production line stopped or emergency stopped, to reduce the rejection rate.
The latest generation of silicone extrusion line, higher configurations to ensure product quality stability, prduction capacity increased no less than 30% comparing with the conventional production line. Infrared curing comparing with other curing methods: more efficient and flexible, lower rejection rate, easy to control parameters, it is faster even 15% than the use of the same area of hot air system, and the power consumption in the production process is reduced about 30%.
The whole production line adopts the SiCAT control system with industry-leading technology is independently developed by SINGCHEER, which can realize the function of data collection. All process parameters and equipment operation information can be transmitted to the customer's production management system through the "cloud", and has the execution ability of MES, and product information can be downloaded to the system. Automatic realization of executable process recipe to achieve automatic production.
