The unit is mainly used for the winded wire wrapping and palletizing, wire diameter within 10mm. Full automatic process of the PE film wrapped wire coil on the pallet.
Technical Specification :
The unit is composed by motorized pay-off, vertical accumulator, spark tester, length counter, spool storehouse, locating device, 350 automatic take-up, spool wrapping machine, labeling device, 3-axis manipulator, pallet storage & transport device, cardboard storage and pallet wrapping machine. Control system with 12” HMI + 1200PLC. It is a cost-effective shaft wrapping palletizing package unit.
