Relative to other cables, the color and the specifications of the building wire is relatively single, large-scale production is the key point.
Singcheer developed high speed and high efficiency insulation line for the need for building wire line, which can change color and line speed can be up to 1000m/min without stopping and slow down.
Technical Specification :
The line is applicable for the single color、single stripe color and skin extrusion of insulation material of PVC,PE,XLPE,HFFR etc. It is consist of dual flyer pay-off and make continuously production with automatic dual take-up spool changing over.
